Each class in this series is split into three parts; first storytime with a social-emotional theme\, followed by a mindfulness practice such as yoga or breathing techniques\, and lastly a fun activity that incorporates elements from the surrounding arboretum environment. \nParents are required to remain with children for the duration of the class. This series is best intended for ages 2-7 and is a rain-or-shine event. It is always wise to dress for a mess! \n  \nEducational Outcomes:\n● Practice mindfulness tools to improve emotional regulation skills. \n● Develop the ability to process and integrate sensory information through play. \n● Foster a deeper appreciation and connection to the changing seasons. \n  \n\n\nFees cannot be refunded for participant cancellation or any other reason. Each class in this series is split into three parts; first storytime with a social-emotional theme\, followed by a mindfulness practice such as yoga or breathing techniques\, and lastly a fun activity that incorporates elements from the surrounding arboretum environment. \nParents are required to remain with children for the duration of the class. This series is best intended for ages 2-7 and is a rain-or-shine event. It is always wise to dress for a mess! \n  \nEducational Outcomes:\n● Practice mindfulness tools to improve emotional regulation skills. \n● Develop the ability to process and integrate sensory information through play. \n● Foster a deeper appreciation and connection to the changing seasons. \n  \n\n\nFees cannot be refunded for participant cancellation or any other reason.
