Each class in this series is split into three parts; first storytime with a social-emotional theme\, followed by a mindfulness practice such as yoga or breathing techniques\, and lastly a fun activity that incorporates elements from the surrounding arboretum environment. \nParents are required to remain with children for the duration of the class. This series is best intended for ages 2-7 and is a rain-or-shine event. It is always wise to dress for a mess! \n  \nEducational Outcomes:\n● Practice mindfulness tools to improve emotional regulation skills. \n● Develop the ability to process and integrate sensory information through play. \n● Foster a deeper appreciation and connection to the changing seasons. \n  \n\n\nFees cannot be refunded for participant cancellation or any other reason. In the event of extreme weather\, class location may be moved indoors or a weather-related make-up date will be scheduled for no additional cost to the registrant.\nTransactions will be processed through the Natural Heritage Trust as a donation on behalf of Bayard Cutting Arboretum.\nFor any additional questions\, contact our Education Coordinator K.T.
