Be part of history at our new Visitor Center!

The opening of the Bayard Cutting Arboretum Visitor Center is scheduled for Spring of 2024. We are halfway there! It has taken a lot of hard work to get to this point, but we could not be happier with the progress. We now look ahead to what the Visitor Center will provide for the Arboretum and our community for many years to come.

Please join us and support the efforts of the Bayard Cutting Arboretum Visitor Center. In the deed of gift (1934) which established the Arboretum as we know it, Mrs. Cutting specifically writes about the importance of education and community to fulfill her vision of the property as a public entity. The Visitor Center will be an educational hub for patrons, volunteers, school groups, and local communities. It will be a meeting place with interactive exhibits that will inspire visitors to discover the beauty of nature. We are asking our community to become a part of this vision and support the ongoing efforts of the Visitor Center and Bayard Cutting Arboretum as a whole. It takes a village “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”

 
We are happy to announce a new tree and engraved paver program where you can leave a lasting legacy on the patio of the new Visitor Center.
 
Please place your order before the deadline of September 30, 2023, to ensure installment before the opening of the Visitor Center in Spring of 2024.
 
All funds from our generous donors will go towards:

• Ongoing educational programs
• Design and implementation of changing seasonal exhibits
• Tree and paver maintenance
• Upkeep of the Visitor Center
