Immerse yourself in a peaceful experience of the Winter Season with this 2-hour mindfulness and yoga session set in the serene beauty of Bayard Cutting Arboretum. Participants will engage in gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided mindfulness meditation designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper connection to the natural world. There will be both indoor and outdoor portions of the workshop. Participants are asked to bring their own mat, a journal for reflections, and dress in clothing that is comfortable to move their body in and appropriate for the weather. This is a gentle beginner-style yoga class welcoming all skill levels.
