Arboretum Grounds Tours

Lush green grass surrounded by short and tall conifers.Outdoor guided tours of the Arboretum grounds in the Spring, Summer, and Fall are available (weather permitting) every Wednesday and Saturday morning at 10:30 AM.  For registration please call 1-631-581-1002.  For private grounds tours (i.e. – Boy Scout Troops etc.), advanced notice for requests is necessary and $10.00 per person.  Tours can also be modified to the interests of the specific group needs (Scout badges, horticultural groups, teachers, etc.).

Tours of the Manor House are scheduled seasonally and provide a guided look at the major living spaces of the Manor House, both upstairs and down. House tours are available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 1 pm.  The cost is $15 per person. 

Public House Tours are scheduled in advance for a limited number of people on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are strongly recommended.  Please call the arboretum to check availability and sign up.

 

 

 

Private Arboretum Grounds

& House Tours

Private House Tours can be scheduled for groups of ten (10) or more people with an advanced registration of at least 2 weeks. Private Tours are often made in conjunction with a reservation for a Victorian Tea at the Hidden Oak Cafe, which can be reached by calling 1-631-277-3895. We are open on Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day and Veteran’s day.
