About this Workshop

Experience firsthand the mission statement of Bayard Cutting Arboretum, which is: “An oasis of beauty and quiet for the pleasure, rest, and refreshment of those who delight in outdoor beauty… ”

This Wellness Day Retreat includes a full list of activities, including: a yoga class, forest bathing walk, therapeutic art project, a sound healing session, and lunch catered by the Hidden Oak Cafe.

Participants can expect to leave the day feeling refreshed and renewed right in time for the budding season of spring. There will be both indoor and outdoor portions of this experience. Get away without going away at Bayard Cutting Arboretum.
