About this Workshop

Experience firsthand the mission statement of Bayard Cutting Arboretum, which is: “An oasis of beauty and quiet for the pleasure, rest, and refreshment of those who delight in outdoor beauty… ”

This Wellness Day Retreat includes a full list of activities, including: a yoga class, forest bathing walk, therapeutic art project, a sound healing session, and lunch catered by the Hidden Oak Cafe.

As fall comes into season this retreat is the perfect opportunity for reflection. There are both indoor and outdoor portions of this experience.
