Dear Friends of the Arboretum,

We are excited to invite you to join us for a memorable evening at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum’s 11th Annual Fundraising Gala. Fields & Flavors at the Farm on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, will highlight the CSA Farm during peak summer growing season.  This extraordinary evening is our most important fundraiser of the year, supporting our mission “to provide an oasis of beauty and quiet for the pleasure, rest, and refreshment of those who delight in outdoor beauty; and to bring about a greater appreciation and understanding of the value and importance of informal planting.”

We invite you to attend this special event. Proceeds from the evening will go toward the important work that we do at the Arboretum. Future projects include Manor House restoration work, shoreline restoration, and increased educational programming.

Event guests will enjoy a journey through the CSA Farm, where each menu item will highlight a different part of a plant, featuring produce grown in our fields. Honey freshly harvested from our hives will be available for tasting. Signature cocktails, local wines, and craft beers will be served. The evening will be accompanied by an acoustic jazz performance.
