Valentine’s Day Paint & Sip Workshop

Cost: $75 per person

Take the gift of flowers one step further this Valentine’s Day by painting them yourself. Better yet, share the experience of creating them with your significant other, dear friend, or family member.

In this workshop, participants can expect to learn the basics of acrylic painting, including color mixing, paint application, and other techniques needed to create a simple yet unique floral scene. All supplies are included as well as light fare and two complimentary glasses of wine or tea. No prior painting experience is required.

Your instructor will be K.T. Williamson, who, in addition to being our Education Coordinator, has been a practicing acrylic painter and teacher for nearly a decade.

Wit & Whim: Outdoor Trivia Night

Assemble a team of your smartest friends and test your knowledge of the great outdoors here at Bayard Cutting Arboretum. Spend a summer evening with good company on the porch of the Manor House overlooking the Great Lawn for a friendly competition of wits.

Up to 5 people per team, $25 per person. Includes two drink tickets. Questions will be themed around the natural environment and related topics.
