Herbal-infused vinegars are one of the easiest ways to put up the bounty of the season for later use. Learn the basics, different uses, and then customize your own flavors from herbs grown here at our own CSA Farm. For use in cooking, salad dressings, drinks, cleaning supplies and pickling recipes.

We will be working with both apple cider vinegar & white wine vinegar and have access to a variety of fresh herbs from the Farm including: basil, oregano, parsley, dill, sage, thyme, chives, garlic, horseradish, and hot pepper varieties.

Humans and herbs have grown alongside each other since the dawn of time. Cultivated for both their flavor profiles and medicinal value, herbs are a fundamental part of the kitchen garden.

In this workshop, participants can expect to dry and package their own tea and seasoning blends utilizing fresh herbs grown on our CSA Farm. Herbal varieties include: chamomile, calendula, lemon balm, lavender, sage, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and many more!
